We love a good snickerdoodle cookie, at that, we love anything cinnamon sugar. Honestly, is there a better combination?

This hot chocolate can’t be easier to make! Milk, cinnamon, white chocolate, vanilla, and salt. That’s it!

What we like doing is letting the cinnamon sticks steep in the milk, so the milk is then infused with cinnamon! It’s so simple but makes such a difference!

Description

We turned a classic cookie into a warm, creamy, and cinnamon-infused hot chocolate! Our Snickerdoodle Hot Chocolate is a fun twist on the classic!


Ingredients

-1 cup milk

-2 cinnamon sticks

-1 tsp. vanilla extract

-a pinch of salt

-2 oz. white chocolate, chopped

-a dash of ground cinnamon


Instructions

1. In a saucepan over medium-low heat add in 1 cup milk, and bring to a simmer.

2. Once the milk is simmering, add in the two cinnamon sticks, along with 1 tsp. vanilla and a pinch of salt. Turn to low heat and stir for 5 minutes.

3. Remove the cinnamon sticks and add in 2 oz. of white chocolate, along with some ground cinnamon. Stir until the chocolate is melted.

4. Remove from heat, and pour into a mug, topping with some whipped cream, marshmallows, and cinnamon sugar.
