These quick and adorable Raspberry Pistachio Honey Phyllo Cups are the perfect Holiday appetizer! They only take ten minutes to make, and everyone will be raving about them!
-15 phyllo cups (1 box)
-8 oz. softened cream cheese
-3 Tbsp. honey
-finely crushed pistachios (for topping)
-honey (for drizzling)
1. Place 15 Phyllo cups on a lined baking sheet and bake at 125 degrees for 3 minutes, just to crisp them up.
2. Whip up an 8oz. block of softened cream cheese, then add in 3 Tbsp. honey.
3. Transfer the cream to a piping bag, and pipe it into the baked, and cooled shells.
4. Top with finely chopped pistachios, a raspberry, and an optional drizzle of honey. Enjoy!
