These adorable Iced Lemon Cream Cups are the perfect treat to make this Summer! They are sweet, lemony, creamy, and just too cute! It’s made with just three simple ingredients; lemon juice, sugar and mascarpone. This recipe couldn’t get easier!

Look how cute these little iced lemon cups are! We’ve been seeing these on the internet and we’ve been wanting to make these for a while, so we finally did! And we are super happy with how they turned out!

Ingredients:

Lemons: This recipe uses both the juice from the lemons and the lemons itself for serving. Make sure you use pretty large lemons, so they can hold the ice cream.

Sugar: We recommend using powdered sugar since it dissolves easier than granulated sugar. But if you only have granulated sugar, that will also work!

Mascarpone: We love using mascarpone in this recipe because it makes the lemon cups so creamy and adds a lovely flavor!

This is the best Summer treat and it’s perfect for a dinner party or any event! Make it and your guests will be super impressed. The best part of it is that it’s only three ingredients, and you basically just mix the ingredients together and freeze!

These adorable Iced Lemon Cream Cups are the perfect treat to make this Summer! They are sweet, lemony, creamy, and just too cute! It’s made with just three simple ingredients; lemon juice, sugar, and mascarpone. This recipe couldn’t get easier!


Ingredients

4 lemons

1 1/2 cups powdered sugar

16 oz. mascarpone


Instructions

1. The first thing you’ll want to do is hollow out your lemons. Cut the tops of the lemons. Now scoop out the inside of the lemon, and put the pulp through a sieve. Be sure to save the juice. Once the lemons are hollowed out, cut a small piece of the bottom off, so the lemons can sit. Place the small piece inside the lemon.

2. Now in a dish, mix the juice from the lemons and 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar. Once the powdered sugar is dissolved, mix in 16 oz. mascarpone. Once that’s combined, cover with plastic wrap and freeze for 1 hour.

3. Now divide the frozen mixture into your 4 lemon cups and freeze for another hour. Don’t put the top of the lemon on just yet!

4. After the lemons are frozen, place the top of the lemon on, and now you’re ready to serve and enjoy!
