The Flavors:

We went with a kind of Mediteranian flavors for these cups, which worked out perfectly! Buttery, flakey phyllo shell, tangy-sweet cream, crunchy and nutty pistachios, and a juicy raspberry to top it all off. So festive looking! And nobody would be able to tell that they only took 10 minutes to make! 

Ingredient Overview:

Phyllo Cups: These can be found at most grocery stores in the aisle with the frozen puff pastry and frozen pie crust. They typically come in a pack of 15.

Cream Cheese: Use softened cream cheese.

Honey: If you aren’t a fan of honey, powdered sugar works just as well!

Finely Crushed Pistachios: We love adding these because they add such a nice color and a crunch!

Raspberries: Topping it with a raspberry makes them look so festive and fancy!

These quick and adorable Raspberry Pistachio Honey Phyllo Cups are the perfect Holiday appetizer! They only take ten minutes to make, and everyone will be raving about them!


Ingredients

-15 phyllo cups (1 box)

-8 oz. softened cream cheese

-3 Tbsp. honey

-finely crushed pistachios (for topping)

-15 raspberries

-honey (for drizzling)


Instructions

1. Place 15 Phyllo cups on a lined baking sheet and bake at 125 degrees for 3 minutes, just to crisp them up.

2. Whip up an 8oz. block of softened cream cheese, then add in 3 Tbsp. honey.

3. Transfer the cream to a piping bag, and pipe it into the baked, and cooled shells.

4. Top with finely chopped pistachios, a raspberry, and an optional drizzle of honey. Enjoy!
