Skip the long drive-through at Starbucks and make this pretty pink drink at home instead! It’s fruity, refreshing, and ready within a matter of minutes! Perfect for sipping on a hot summer day.
1/2 cup concentrated iced passion tea
1/4 cup white grape juice
1 Tbsp. white sugar
3/4 cups coconut milk
3 sliced strawberries
1. In a jar with a lid or a cocktail shaker, pour in the concentrated iced passion tea, white grape juice, and sugar. Stir that to dissolve the sugar.
2. To the jar, pour in the coconut milk, close the lid, and shake it up until it’s fully combined and it turns a light pink color. If you want it to be even pinker, you can optionally add in a touch of red food coloring.
3. Pour the pink drink into a glass with sliced strawberries and optionally some ice. Top with some more sliced strawberries.
