Brown Sugar Cinnamon Grilled Peaches!


Brown Sugar Cinnamon Grilled Peaches are the dessert for Summer! Sweet and juicy peaches are brushed with butter, sprinkled with brown sugar and cinnamon, then grilled just until caramelized. Finally, they are topped with some ice cream and even more brown sugar + cinnamon!



3 ripe peaches

1 Tbsp. melted butter

1 Tbsp. brown sugar, packed

1 tsp. ground cinnamon

a pinch of salt

ice cream, for serving


1. First, half 3 ripe peaches, and pit them. Next, brush on 1 Tbsp. melted butter onto all 6 halves.

2. Mix together 1 Tbsp. brown sugar, 1 tsp. ground cinnamon, a pinch of salt, and sprinkle that onto the peach halves.

3. Grill them on a panini press, or a grill pan, and cook for about 1-2 minutes on each side. Then remove from the pan.

4. Top with ice cream, or your favorite toppings, and enjoy!
