For Fish:

-1 tsp. garlic powder
-2 tsp. paprika
-1 tsp. salt
-2 large eggs
-1 cup panko breadcrumbs
For Fries (or chips):
-4 large russet potatoes
-3 Tbsp. olive oil
-1 tsp. garlic powder
-1/2 tsp. paprika
-1 + 1/2 tsp. salt
For Tartar Sauce:
-1 cup real mayo
-3/4 cups dill pickles, finely chopped
-1 tsp. white sugar
-1/4 tsp. black pepper
-1 tsp. lemon juice
-1 tsp. dried parsley
