To go with the theme of a healthier January, we wanted to make an air fryer recipe. So we went down the list of some of our favorite fried foods, and decide which one to make by air frying! Soo fish and chips ended up being the winner, and we couldn’t be happier with how they turned out!

Ingredients

For Fish:

-1 pound cod fillet, cut into strips (6 pieces)

-1/2 cup all purpose-flour

-1 tsp. garlic powder

-2 tsp. paprika

-1 tsp. salt

-2 large eggs

-1 cup panko breadcrumbs

For Fries (or chips):

-4 large russet potatoes

-3 Tbsp. olive oil

-1 tsp. garlic powder

-1/2 tsp. paprika

-1 + 1/2 tsp. salt

For Tartar Sauce:

-1 cup real mayo

-3/4 cups dill pickles, finely chopped

-1 tsp. white sugar

-1/4 tsp. black pepper

-1 tsp. lemon juice

-1 tsp. dried parsley
